Shipping policy

We mainly cover the UK, we do accept some orders from other countries but we may reject your order if it falls within a territory of a different distributor. If you place an order for Furniture we will contact you to arrange shipping.

Eyewear and Accessories orders within the UK will be posted via UPS or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Delivery of furniture is arranged on a case by case basis.

Delivery time within UK is usually 2-4 days for items we have in stock and 2 – 4 weeks for items out of stock. From time to time items may be discontinued or take 90-100 days to come back into stock. For International orders, delivery time varies and can take up to 4 weeks from the date shipped depending on your country.

Please note that International Handling charges may be added to your order.
If you are not based in the UK, please send us an email and we will forward your request to your nearest distributor.
If there is no distributor in your country, we will be happy to deliver to you.
